    You don’t go to this place for the atmosphere. You go for consistently good Japanese and the novelty of a robot bringing you your food. There are other Japanese places with a better atmosphere in the same price range but this place is open in the odd hours around 3pm when I usually like a lunch and you always know the quality is going to be good. Will be back

    Food was okay but overall a bit disappointing tbh. Started with the gyoza - dumplings were a bit thick and on the chewy size. Got the chicken thigh karaage and bento for mains - they were okay but the quality wasn’t amazing and portion sizes probably too big.

    Overall I think the place is suffering from a menu that’s way too extensive rather than just doing a few dishes very well.

    Robot waiters were a bit of fun.

    A cozy Japanese restaurant with extensive menu. I’m so glad I found this place as I’ve been craving for Takoyaki for years. The seafood were fresh and delicious. Everything that we ordered come out quick and live up to my expectations for Japanese food.

    The staff were friendly and helpful, they’re also quick on feet and polite service. We’re very happy with the service and overall experience. Will come again for my Takoyaki craving.

    Food: The food was only fair. Not worth the price. And my plate was not even clean. Fast food but not good quality.

    Costs: Paying 10% surcharges on a regular weekend day is too much when a robot serviced the foods. I understand a public holiday surcharge, but on weekends?!

    Service: as mentioned before, a robot is not a nice experience.

    Order more small dishes to share, all very delucious. Loved the large portion of chicken katsu curry!
